OPEN ADOBE SIGNFill Out Required Information
Complete the necessary fields: Total Amount Charged, Deposit, and Balance. If there is a remaining balance, enter the Payment Amount, Day of Week to be paid, and Starting Date of payments.
Sign the Contract
If you are a Co-Signer, enter your name where it says "Indemnitor Print" and "Indemnitor Sign", and type the current date in the Date section. If you are the Defendant, sign where it says "Defendant".
Add Your Signature
Scroll down to the "Signature" section. Type your name and email address, then click "Click to Sign" at the bottom of the page.
Confirm Your Email Address
Check your email inbox for a message from Adobe Sign. Open it and click "Confirm my email address." You will receive a final confirmation email once this step is complete. Your contract is NOT complete until this step is done.
